We are a small family of craft roasters focused on micro-roasting organic coffees. We custom roast to order by hand in very small batches to ensure you get coffee at its peak flavor profiles. Aside from bean quality, freshness is everything in the world of roasted coffee, and this window is tiny. As such, you order first, then we roast, which is the complete opposite of how most commercial coffee is processed and sold. It’s like having your own personal roaster. Once your order is roasted, we then rest your coffee to de-gas for a few days, then we pack and ship all done over a week or so. There are no shortcuts to any place worth going, so if you enjoy our coffee and wish to keep ordering it, please be patient as good things come to those who wait!
